Seascape Photographic Adventures is owned and run by Ian Preece, a professional photographer living in the Coromandel Peninsula, one of New Zealand’s most beautiful locations. It is a long peninsula of extinct volcanoes that boasts stunning coastlines, deserted beaches, rare birds and lush green native forest.
Seascape Photography offers a range of workshops and classes for photographers of all levels of experience. The emphasis is on learning and taking pictures in the field. Whether you want to become more proficient at using your camera and equipment or are already experienced and simply want to be guided to a series of hand picked locations, the choice is yours.
At Seascape we offer 4 types of photography learning experience. We also offer accommodation on our 45 acre eco-sanctuary which looks out to the Pacific. It is very private but only 20 minutes walk to the beach.
The Coromandel is not only a wonderful place to photograph, it is an area that gives a rare chance to experience New Zealands unique and very special eco-system, We are very fortunate to be able to offer you the opportunity to visit and photograph some of these places,
